Information for an enquiry

An enquiry may include your name, contact number, suburb or postcode, property type, pest concerns and any notes or photos you choose to provide. We use the information you send to assess your request, prepare a quote, contact you and arrange the requested service.

Preparing a text message

When the form says it prepares a text enquiry, entering your details does not send them to Uncle Bugs. You can review the draft, copy it or open it in your messaging app. You must tap Send in that app to send the enquiry. Add any photos there before sending.

Online requests and service providers

If online submission is available, the form identifies that option before you submit. Website, email and messaging providers may process the information needed to deliver and respond to your request. Your mobile provider handles text messages you choose to send.

Only share what is needed

Notes and photos are optional. Please avoid including identification documents, payment details or other people's private information. You can discuss treatment preparation or personal circumstances directly with the technician when arranging the service.
