General pests such as larger outdoor cockroaches, spiders and ants, matched to the agreed property scope. Apartment and House treatment areas differ.
1–2-bedroom apartments from $220 inc. GST; houses up to 700 m² including the yard from $385 inc. GST. Get your fixed price before booking.
Scope and booking notes
Included areas
- Apartment treatment covers accessible internal areas in the agreed scope. A shared yard, building perimeter or communal roof void is not automatically included; authorised access and any additional scope must be confirmed before booking.
- House treatment covers agreed accessible internal areas, the outdoor yard and external perimeter, plus the roof void only where safely accessible and included in the agreed scope. Restricted or unsafe areas are not automatically included; no additional roof-space work is promised.
- House pricing uses the total property area, including the yard. Above 700 m², add $0.55 inc. GST per additional m².
What is not included
- German cockroaches, rodent programs, termite inspections/treatments and bed bugs are separate services. No permanent pest barrier or automatically included inaccessible/shared areas.
Preparation, follow-up and booking
Preparation and safe access
- Store food securely, clear agreed work surfaces and allow safe access to agreed rooms. Move only light items safely; tell us about locked rooms, pets and roof access. Follow the technician's treatment-specific re-entry and cleaning instructions.
- Tell the technician about children, pets, fish tanks, food-preparation areas and access concerns. Preparation, cleaning and re-entry depend on the product label and the agreed treatment; no universal safe re-entry time is promised.
Follow-up and warranty
- If the same covered pest returns within the warranty period, contact the technician with the affected area and activity. A routine scheduled extra visit is not automatically part of general treatment.
- General pest treatment has a 6-month warranty for the same covered pests in the original agreed scope. Contact the technician to assess recurrence under those terms.

- We agree the final GST-inclusive price, treatment scope and appointment time with you before booking.
