Uncle Bugs treats Sydney houses, apartments and townhouses with a fixed price confirmed before you book. The treatment covers accessible indoor areas, the external perimeter and the roof void where access is available, using products we are happy to use around our own family.
What a standard treatment covers
A standard home treatment targets cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish and fleas. We treat accessible indoor skirting lines, cracks and crevices, the external perimeter of the home, and the roof void where it can be reached safely. Before booking, confirm your property type, number of bedrooms and any areas with limited access so the quote is accurate.
The starting price is for 1-2 bedrooms. Larger homes, units with limited external access, or severe infestations may need a different scope — we confirm the final price before any treatment starts, so there are no surprises on the day.
Warranty and follow-up
General home pest treatments carry a 6-month warranty. If the same pest activity returns within that period, we come back and re-treat at no charge. German cockroach and rodent programs are separate services because they need a scheduled follow-up as standard — one visit is not enough for those two.
Warranty applies to the pests covered by the original treatment scope. If a new pest type appears, tell us what you are seeing and we will advise whether it is covered or needs a separate quote.
Prepare for the visit
Clear kitchen benches and store food in sealed containers. Move light furniture away from walls where you can, and tell us about locked rooms, roof void access or pets in the home. Children and pets should be kept away from treated areas until surfaces are dry — we will tell you the expected drying time on the day.
If you have a specific pest concern, leave the area undisturbed and photograph what you have noticed if it is safe to do so. This helps us target the treatment correctly and explain what we found.
