What the inspection covers
Our advertised inspection service uses thermal imaging and moisture metering, with a written report and photos emailed within 24 hours. Before booking, confirm which accessible indoor and outdoor areas are included and tell us about any known access restrictions.
An inspection records findings at the time of the visit. It cannot reveal every concealed area or guarantee a property is termite-free. Ask how inaccessible areas and any recommended further investigation will be recorded.
