01How much does pest control cost?
A general pest treatment for 1-2 bedrooms starts at $200 and covers internal, external and roof void, with a 6-month warranty. Termite inspections start at $330. Apartments and units are usually less; larger or heavily infested properties more. You'll always get the final price before we book.
02How soon can you come?
Most Sydney Metro jobs are booked same-day or next-day. Urgent jobs — active wasps or rodents in a food business — we'll do our best to get to you the same day. Text us and we'll tell you honestly.
03Is it safe for my kids and pets?
Preparation and re-entry instructions depend on the product and treatment. We explain these before work starts and use products registered by the APVMA according to their labels. Tell us about children, pets, fish tanks or any circumstances you would like to discuss with the technician before booking.
04Do I need to leave the property?
For most general treatments, you'll need to be out for 2–4 hours while surfaces dry. For gel-bait work like German cockroaches, you usually don't need to leave at all. We'll confirm before the appointment so you can plan.
05What areas do you service?
All of Sydney Metro — from the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs to the North Shore, Hills, Northern Beaches, St George, Sutherland and the Inner South. Check the full area list or send your postcode if you're not sure. View the full suburb list.
06What if the pests come back?
General pest treatments carry a 6-month warranty — if activity returns within that period, we come back and re-treat at no charge. German cockroach and rodent programs include a scheduled follow-up as standard, because one visit genuinely isn't enough for those two.
